End Client Investments Experience - Mobile

CASE STUDY: Individual investors needed updates to our mobile experience while would allow users the ability to track their cash flows and target to goals  while managing their investment accounts. Designs here show the proposed enhancements to the mobile application which empowered the user with greater clarity over their investments.

Portfolio Management Experience

CASE STUDY: A large-scale bank needed an application to manage investor portfolios, generate trade orders, propose investment products, and manage account activity. I speardeaded a UX team in the analysis, design and support of this product. The experience had to handle large data sets across thousands of portfolios, while giving the user a clear, trustworthy and enjoyable experience. In 2022, this app won the "Best Portfolio Management System" award at the Goodacre UK Systems in the City Fintech Awards.

Augmented Reality Pilot

CASE STUDY: As part of a pilot program to explore emerging technologies and to assess how they may fit into our Product Roadmaps, I spearheaded the UX strategy and design of a proposed AR app for Android phone use. This included evaluation and consumption of 3D design software, writing use cases, and creating 3D assets and mock ups. These images illustrate the storyboards I created to help tell the story of our proposed product. It's pilot programs like these that allow us to explore innovative possibilities to offer to our clients in the future.

UI Spec Documentation

Clear and correct communication: it's imperative in bridging a products journey from business requirement to development and deployment. These images offer a glimpse into the documentation I deliver to developers. Includes business and functional requirements, ADA compliance, tab ordering, URL creation for tracking, and Angular component parameters.

UX Strategy/Site Migration

CASE STUDY: Comcast-Spectacor was preparing to lauch a new subsidiary business offering a full suite of venue management including ticket sales and hospitality. I served as the UX strategist to help launch this new business "Spectra Experiences" and the redesign of Comcast-Specator web site. I also managed the site migration of WellsFargoCenterPhilly.com from a custom CMS to new platform. Phase 3 of the assignment included providing UX strategy & development oversight as part of the Strategic Partnership Team to establish a new business model managing relationships between preferred web development vendors and venue management teams.  

Site Redesigns

CASE STUDY: Redesigned the Web site for one of the nation’s largest sporting goods retailers, Dick’s Sporting Goods. Tasks included wireframing, UI and page development, and splash page design.CASE STUDY: Created new Web site for the Education Department of the James A. Michener Museum; built a user-friendly CMS-driven Web site that offered engaging content to students (primarily K-12), families, and educators, to promote the museum’s collection, activities and special programs. Included WordPress, Basecamp, CSS, jQuery and social media integration.
